Burger 21 is a fast growing chain of burger restaurants providing a different approach to your typical diner and the approach to the new building was no different. This particular restaurant was actually the first free standing Burger 21 in the United States.

The building was custom designed for the restaurant and featured a sit down dining experience while enjoying some of the chains signature foods.

The structure itself featured storefront glass, LED light fixtures, polished concrete floors, and decorative designed tile works behind the order and serving areas.

Dear Paul,
Although we have expressed our appreciation to you on numerous occasions for all you did to help us construct our Burger 21 restaurant in Ocala, we wanted to formally thank you in writing.

You have been extremely responsive to all of our needs. The communication from everybody on your team has been impeccable, in particular, Paul Jodray did a great job supervising the work.

The highest praise we can give is to say you did what you said you would do and you did it in a partner like fashion. Your actions showed us you really cared (and still do) about our long-term success.

Most impressive has been your prompt attention to punch list items and the miscellaneous things that have popped up since we opened. With a busy restaurant, it is critical that things get taken care of swiftly and you have certainly done that.

We sincerely thank you for your thoughtful approach to our business. It has been our pleasure to work with you and we look forward to collaborating on future projects.
