EZ-Go Golf Carts was a major interior and exterior renovation delivered in record time. The modifications to the building included new restrooms, additional offices, and an expanded showroom space. The objective of this project was to completely gut the dated showroom and create and a unique floor space similar to a high end car dealership. Not only did we accomplish this feat, but we did so from permit to Certificate of Occupancy in only 17 days.

Once completed, this high end showroom featured unique aesthetics such as a polished porcelain floor, open grid ceiling system, and a completely new facade on the exterior of the building.

December 18, 2006

E-Z GO decided to open a new factory show room in Marion County just north of The Villages. We leased an existing 8100 square-foot building which had to be totally renovated for the show room in an extremely short amount of time to meet our grand opening deadline.

We met with Paul Stentiford with Stentiford Construction to discuss our project and could see that his company had an excellent track record and showed tremendous professionalism while producing a quality project. We decided to contract with Stentiford Construction to perform our renovation.

Stentiford Construction successfully completed the renovation permit to Certificate of Occupancy in just 17 days allowing us to hold our grand opening as planned. We were very pleased and impressed with every aspect of our experience with Stentiford Construction, from the design phase to the completion of the project. Our initial expectations were not only met, but exceeded.
