We transformed a 76,000 square foot shopping center into one of the largest Gold’s Gyms in North America. With an interior of 50,000 square feet, the massive amount of space needed to be updated to a fresh look. The building was constructed in the early 1990’s and was in need of an entire renovation both on the interior as well as the exterior facade. Complete with a contemporary flare, the exterior features metal panels on large vertical protrusions and caps as well as perforated metal panels, accenting the stucco finished walls.

The interior space of the building was completely gutted and renovated from an abandoned Winn Dixie store to these pictures as shown. Once complete, the new building featured unique amenities such as; a two lane regulation size lap pool, dry sauna, multiple workout rooms, asymmetric glass walls, and state of the art workout equipment.

Additionally, this project was completed from design to Certificate of Occupancy in only 11 months, while the project was estimated to take an excess of 18 months.
