The City of Ocala contracted Stentiford Construction to manage the design and building of a new skate park in the Tuscawilla Arts District in downtown Ocala. This project required a phased construction approach to maintain the proposed municipal budget. Working with Team Pain, a company that specializes in the design and installation of custom skate parks, we delivered the project on time and in budget. This unique undertaking revitalized an area that was otherwise left vacant and created a new space for recreational activities in the community.
