Projects
The Chi Institute
This two phase project required a total of 22,500 squarefeet of structure to be built to house the Chi Institute. This revolutionary school is the pioneer in herbal Chinese veterinary medicine. It required a large instructional classroom, offices, as well as a processing facility for herbal medication.
Phase one of the construction required the building of 11,000 square feet of class room and meeting space. Phase two of the project entailed an 11,500 square foot expansion with six cleans rooms and a processing facility for herbal medications.

Dear Stentiford Construction:
I am writing to let you know that rarely a day passes that we do not receive compliments and appreciation from our students, clients, and staff about what a wonderful building you have accomplished for us. Everyone feels that the beauty and workmanship accurately reflect our own standards for harmony and fine quality. You have helped us exceed our expectations for a building that houses so many functions of both our herbal company and our school.
You met our standards for excellence, were reliable and keeping appointments and deadlines, and chose very fine subcontractors and supervise them well. Not only was the building tastefully executed, but it also functions well to meet our needs and was completed on time.
We are especially pleased that you have the expertise to help us determine and satisfy the unique needs of housing two companies together, and you can feel free to use this letter as a referral for any of your potential clients who need client feedback. From the beginning to the end you were reliable. Afterwords, even the punch list was very minimal and repairs were made to our satisfaction.
I would not hesitate to recommend your company for any building project, large or small.
